Thank you for choosing Mridha Ornaments. Each of our pieces is meticulously handmade and undergoes a stringent quality audit. Because of our focus on luxury and precision, orders are typically dispatched within 5 to 6 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We are committed to providing you with a seamless and secure shopping experience. Once dispatched, delivery takes a minimum of 2 to 3 days, depending on your state and exact location within India.

We partner with trusted, secure courier services to ensure your premium jewelry reaches you safely.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. However, we may offer promotional Free Insured Shipping for orders exceeding a certain value. Please check the checkout page for the final shipping fee.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the real-time status of your package.

5. Non-Delivery & Issues

If you are not available at the delivery address, our courier partner will attempt delivery again. In case of damaged packages or lost items, please take photographs/videos during the unboxing process and contact our support immediately.
