1. Returns

At Mridha Ornaments, we ensure that every piece is crafted to perfection and securely packaged. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return for damages or missing items, a clear, uncut unboxing video is strictly required. This helps us ensure transparency and speed up the resolution process. Without an unboxing video, return requests cannot be entertained.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.

4. Process

If your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup. Once the item is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Note: Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless received damaged.
